155 BTS sites are being deployed under the AMPE-BTS (Accelerated Mobile Phone Expansion) project at various locations in the 6 Geo-Political zones. On completion, the BTS will provide access to voice telephony and data services to an estimated population of 5,150,030 in 930 communities. The project is being supported with both CAPEX and OPEX to ensure sustainability.
